Northstar Enterprise + Defense Moves to 153,000-Square-Foot Campus in Fort Myers, Florida, US as 2026 Revenue Forecast Hits $450 Million

Northstar Enterprise + Defense, the Fort Myers, Fla.-based subsidiary of Northstar Technologies Group, Inc. (NTGI), announced on Oct. 21, 2026 that it is relocating its headquarters and production operations to a 153,000-square-foot campus in Fort Myers.

The move, detailed in a company press release, coincides with what NTGI describes as record demand for its modular data center (MDC) business, which serves enterprise AI, telecommunications, and defense customers.

Revenue Forecast Jumps From USD 11.5 Million to USD 450 Million

The headquarters expansion arrives alongside figures the company characterizes as industry-leading growth. NTGI, founded in 2020, is forecasting USD 450 million in recognized revenue for 2026, a sharp increase from USD 11.5 million in 2025. Committed sales are projected to reach USD 1.3 billion this year. The company, which has grown to a team of more than 100 people, continues to hire in order to support its expanding production capacity.

Paul Inglese, Chief Executive Officer of NTGI, tied the growth directly to the company's building approach. "Today's data center demands require a different approach to how infrastructure is designed, built, and deployed," said Inglese. "Our MDCs use our advanced composite material to deliver unique benefits over traditional building materials such as concrete and steel. Combined with a modular design, we're able to provide a more adaptable approach to building and scaling critical infrastructure. The record growth we're experiencing reflects the value customers place on this flexibility, high performance, and efficiency, and our new headquarters will enable us to meet the industry's growing demand."

Larger Campus Nearly Triples Existing Footprint

The new Fort Myers headquarters is nearly 265% larger than the company's existing manufacturing facility in Bonita Springs, Fla. According to the announcement, the expanded campus will significantly increase production capacity, accelerate speed-to-market, and support construction of the company's complete MDCs.

Central to that production effort is a patented fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite building system made from 100% U.S.-made recyclable glass. The company describes the FRP material as an aerospace-grade structural material adapted for construction at scale and says it offers customers strength, durability, security, thermal efficiency, and environmental properties.

Data Centers Engineered for Speed and Resilience

Northstar Enterprise + Defense's MDC product line is purpose-engineered for enterprise, telecom, and U.S. defense applications, with the ability to deploy in as little as 90 days.

The enclosures carry F5 tornado and Category 5 hurricane ratings and feature advanced insulation and thermal performance along with corrosion-resistant, low-maintenance construction. Installation is supported by helical piling foundations, and the units incorporate IoT-enabled monitoring and predictive maintenance capabilities intended to help customers manage performance across the life of a facility.

Weight is another differentiator highlighted in the announcement. The company states that its MDCs are up to 30% lighter than aluminum structures, enabling deployment in locations that pose challenges for traditional data center construction, including rooftops and sites without prepared foundations.

The systems are designed for recyclability and net-zero carbon manufacturing, and the company says they can help reduce embodied emissions compared with structures built from traditional steel or concrete.

Collaborations Span Materials, AI, and Federal Channels

The MDC platform is being advanced through strategic collaborations with a range of industry partners, including Owens Corning, Leidos, Dell Federal, Eaton, Carahsoft, Duos Edge AI, Bridgepointe Technologies, 10X Capital, and Netceed.

According to the company, these relationships combine expertise across advanced building materials, edge AI, connectivity, and technology infrastructure, expanding the capabilities of the MDCs while producing more integrated solutions for customers.

Additional Facilities Under Consideration in Florida and Beyond

The new headquarters is positioned as the latest step in a broader expansion strategy rather than the final one. Northstar Enterprise + Defense is evaluating an additional facility of similar size within the same industrial park and could acquire that space by the end of the year.

Even after the move, the company will maintain its manufacturing operations in Bonita Springs. Beyond Florida, the company is evaluating further U.S. expansion over the next year in the Northeast, including the Atlantic City, N.J. area, and in Texas.

How Northstar Is Structured

Northstar Technologies Group, Inc. describes itself as a vertically integrated advanced construction technology company focused on global infrastructure through composite building systems, advanced engineering, and modular, panelized designs.

The company was founded on a mission to advance modern methods of construction by offering complete building systems that use no concrete, steel, or wood as primary structure. Its core expertise spans design, architecture, CNC automation, and composite manufacturing, delivering solutions across construction, energy, data infrastructure, and defense.

NTGI's subsidiaries include Northstar Enterprise + Defense, which produces modular, AI-optimized data centers and defense infrastructure; Northstar Federal, which builds secure facilities for U.S. defense and intelligence agencies; and Northstar Building Systems, which handles advanced FRP design, engineering, and manufacturing.
