Datalec Boosts UK Liquid Cooling for AI Data Centers

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) has appointed Dominik Dziarczykowski as Business Development Manager to strengthen its expertise in liquid cooling and high-density data-centre infrastructure. The appointment comes as AI drives demand for more powerful computing and cooling solutions.

Dziarczykowski will make his first public appearance for Datalec at Data Centre World Asia 2026 in Singapore on September 29–30. He will join a fireside chat about liquid cooling and the needs of high-density data centres. Datalec is also exhibiting AI-ready connectivity solutions at the event, extending its presence in the Asia-Pacific market.

A Hire Timed to AI-Driven Market Shifts

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI), a global provider of integrated data centre delivery solutions, says the appointment strengthens its expertise in liquid cooling and high-density data centre infrastructure. The move comes as the company continues to develop its direct liquid cooling capabilities and associated services against a backdrop of industry-wide change driven by AI and high-density computing.

In his new position, Dziarczykowski will work within the Business Development team led by Richard Dobbie, Datalec's Sales and Marketing Director, supporting customers and partners as the build-out of direct liquid cooling capabilities and related services continues.

The significance of the hire was underscored by Lee Eiffert, Chief Operating Officer at Datalec. "Dominik brings strong technical and market experience in liquid cooling and high-density infrastructure. Dziarczykowski framed his arrival around the broader evolution of the data centre market. Career Built on High-Density Computing and Cooling

Dziarczykowski arrives with more than 20 years of experience spanning the IT, consulting and data centre industries, with a particular emphasis on high-density computing, liquid cooling and data centre efficiency.

His career includes roles at major technology organisations such as IBM, Dell, Huawei, Deloitte and Capgemini, alongside specialist positions in liquid cooling and data centre infrastructure.

He previously worked at CoolIT Systems, where his focus was Direct Liquid Cooling and HPC, and most recently held the post of Market Development Manager, High Density & Liquid Cooling at Vertiv.
